Overview
DecoriaNest respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). We may (1) block access to or remove material that we in good faith believe infringes a copyright and (2) suspend or terminate access for repeat infringers. Your use of DecoriaNest’s services remains subject to our Terms of Service, which incorporate this Copyright Dispute Policy. Any capitalized term not defined here has the meaning given in the Terms of Service.
How to Submit a Copyright Infringement Notice
If you believe content hosted on or accessible through our services infringes your copyright (or that of someone you represent), please send a written DMCA Notice to our Designated Agent containing all of the following:

Signature: A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or an authorized representative.

Work Identified: Identification of the copyrighted work(s) you claim have been infringed.

Infringing Material: Identification of the material you allege is infringing, including its location on our services (e.g., specific URL or precise description) sufficient for us to find it.

Good-Faith Statement: A statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

Contact Details: Your name, postal address, telephone number, and email address (if available).

Accuracy Statement: A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

What We Do After Receiving a Proper Notice
When we receive a notice that satisfies DMCA requirements, DecoriaNest may:

Remove or disable access to the identified material;

Notify the contributor/uploader that the content has been removed or access disabled; and

Apply repeat-infringer measures, which can include account termination.
We may also keep a record of your notice.
How to Submit a Counter-Notice (If Your Content Was Removed)
If you believe your content was removed or disabled due to mistake or misidentification, you may send a Counter-Notice to our Designated Agent that includes:

Your signature: Physical or electronic.

Content identified: The material that was removed or to which access was disabled, and the location where it appeared before removal.

Good-Faith Statement: A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.

Contact Details: Your name, address, telephone number, and email (if available).

Jurisdiction & Service of Process: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district of your address (or, if outside the U.S., any judicial district in which DecoriaNest may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the original complaining party or that party’s agent.
Possible Restoration of Content
Upon receipt of a valid Counter-Notice, we may forward a copy to the original complainant. Unless the complainant notifies us that they have filed a court action seeking to restrain the allegedly infringing activity, DecoriaNest may restore the removed material or cease disabling access within 10–14 business days, at our discretion.
